I read negative reviews and I hoped that they were being overly critical. I wanted to use this to print address labels that I could copy and paste from my phone. It's definitely way easier to just write the address out myself. The software for this is so complicated it takes so long to get to the point where you can even type out an address. The product has so many bugs. It's really easy to type up a label that prints off of the edge of the label. But the worst part is that every time I print a label when it feeds the label out it just keeps going. The first few times it went random amounts like 3 and 1/2 labels extra 5 labels extra. After that I don't think it would ever stop I would turn it off to get it to stop. Then I would patiently wind it all back in and get it exactly to the gap between labels so that I only waste one label. When I turn it on it just feeds them back out again. I highly recommend that you don't buy this

Very convenient and easy to use. Just what I needed for my daily use. Great way to label and organize my things so that I am not looking for thing all over the place. Very neat

It's fabulous, easy to use, the material is good, it comes with a cable to charge two rolls of paper with glue, the size is good to take to work, the office, or anywhere you go.

It arrived early, but I don't like that the cable is very small, it doesn't include the connection box, it only comes with the USB cable and the paper gets a little dirty.

Very cute color, the machine works great and creates all sorts of label. Compact size, easy to store in kitchen area. Came with two rolls of labels, can last a while. Very easy to use.
