So far this little thermal printer is doing is job. I use it for my decants and my daughter likes printing little pictures.

I was expecting a label maker. The kind there I put in the text I want, it printed it out and then I stick the finished product on the item I want to label.. that is not what this is.. it prints out small pieces of paper with the words on them.. not traditional labels. It has some papers with it that have a backing and can be used as stickers but this just left me very disappointed and was not what I needed for organizing and labeling. Hard pass

The printer is very troublesome to connect when in use. It takes a long time to establish a connection and sometimes it even fails to print due to paper jamming. The quality is really poor.

The printer is normally connected to the computer and the correct driver has been installed, but it just won't work. The printing task keeps showing errors. I've tried many methods but none of them can solve the problem. It's too time-consuming.
