Was a replacement because of the handles to give my mom an easier time turning water on and off due to arthritis. Was able to install myself so very easy. Looks very classy.

This part is for a mobile home but many are not 2x4 walled. so if you have thin walls the inlets will stick out too far and you might have a problem trying to trim them because it is molded plastic and is easily split. I was able to add a small shim to the access panel assembly.
