The stand works and was compatible with my laptop (Samsung Galaxy Tab). However, whenever I had it plugged in, I noticed two things:1. My battery drains when the stand is plugged in, even when the computer is sleeping.2. It slows down my computer's ability to connect to the wifi down. I ran an internet connection test while I had it plugged in and when I didn't, and the test ran about 1/3 of what it should when I don't have the thing plugged in. I don't know if it's trying to hardline connect or what.It's weird to say the least. I'll keep using the stand as-is, but I'm not using the USB C dock anymore.

This is a nice docking station that has plugs for pretty much everything under the sun. It is sturdy and feels like it is well-made and was designed well. It's a little tight for my laptop, but it works well for other devices (and we all have so many!)

Dockingstation macht einen sehr soliden Eindruck, gut verarbeitet und ausreichend Anschlüsse. Gut ist auch, dass neben dem MacBook auch mein iPad einen sicheren Halt zum Laden findet. Leider gibt es einen gravierenden Nachteil: jedes Mal, wenn ich das iPad auflege oder von der Dockingstation nehme, verliert das MacBook den Kontakt und zeigt an, dass ein Laufwerk nicht ordnungsgemäß ausgeworfen wurde. Dies liegt an einer wackeligen USB-C-Verbindung. Ich habe mehrere Kabel bereits probiert, da ich zunächst dachte, es liegt am mitgelieferten USB-C-Kabel. Aber auch beim Original Apple-Kabel ist das gleiche Problem. Daher kann ich nur einen Stern vergeben.

I highly reccomend this docking station. Very high build quality (aluminium), with a premium weight to it. Plug and play with no issues, exactly as advertised!

I work from home and homeschool my two younger daughters. We are pretty consistently docking into one device or another from one device or another. Right now my laptop screen is broken, but I've used an HDMI cable to dock it in to a TV screen so I can still work from it. Depending on who's doing what, we typically need at least 2 docks and we only had one, so I decided to grab this one to bridge that gap.This docking station is great. I love that I'm able to position my laptop in such a way that this station can allow for cooling, but realistically that's only a bonus- I'm more interested in the connections that it facilitates. This docking station has given me a much faster response time from my computer to the TV I'm using as a display, as well as facilitating faster upload speeds from memory cards and flash drives, and computer-to-computer connections as well. The hub I was using, the one that we were all sharing, was just fine, but this one is definitely a step up in performance.I do like that the docking station's design focuses on functional form, not just connections. I love that I can use it as a stand and that I can put my laptop (or other devices) in the middle when I'm done with it. But I'm really psyched about the fact that I don't have to worry about the delay between my computer and the display anymore. It wasn't terrible before, but it's practically nonexistent now and that definitely makes a huge difference.This is a great docking station. Highly recommend it!

SO yea...I'm a heavy typer and with this being not super wide, and I'm using a 16" laptop on it, I feel like the laptop is not super sturdy and I have to keep struggling to try to type lighter. It does have every port you could want on the back and it is made of solid metal so it's durable and heavy duty, but it just doesn't work for me.

It works great as a dock for my MacBook Pro. There's a cable that work as charging and connects it to all of the extra ports.

Schafft Ordnung auf dem Schreibtisch und sieht auch noch gut aus wenn das Notebook drin steht. Anschlüsse sind ausreichend für meinen Bedarf. Die erste Lieferung habe ich meiner Tochter gegeben und mir direkt eine weitere bestellt.

Bought it to be able to connect my monitor to my macbook since they dont offer HDMI but the dock only works half the time. Not sure whats wrong with it but i cant seem to get it to work for anything.
