Llegò perfecto, a tiempo, buen precio y condiciones. Es la mejor!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!!!! We used the machine for a total of 2 months and it broke. We had purchased the additional warranty, had to pay $80 for shipping the machine back to the company, and then finally we got a response that they wouldn't be able to warranty the machine, even though we had had it for such a short period of time. They claimed that there was wear and tear that the warranty didn't cover. What is the point of a warranty if you folks can't fix it? Now they are telling me I have to pay money to have it shipped back to me. What a joke of a company. Do not waste your time, customer service is terrible and the machine itself is even worse!

Lightweight, compact with a nice light iron and lots of steam without spitting. A winner.

This is not a cheap product and the Laurastar Amazon store had the white one for a lower price the day I purchased, which cinched the deal for me. This iron is great for quilters. It gives you those flat seams you want for a great quilting experience. It puts out a lot of steam and doesn’t leak because the water is not in the iron itself. Since I can’t add links etc you will need to look for a certain TX quilt shop owner and content creator and watch her use it and talk about it if you want to see it in action before you buy.

This is my third steam iron with water tank. This is by far the best. I tried the Rowenta but was not impressed with the the thin plastic parts. This is of course more money but we’ll worth every penny. If you are a avid sewer this will be your best friend. The steam output is incredible. I love the design of it especially the ease of filling the water receptacle. At first I was on the fence spending that amount of money but I am glad I did. No regrets.

This is my second Laura Star. The smaller size is easier to move and works just as well as my bigger 15-year-old Laura Star. The steam tank gave out on it and it still outperformed my regular steam iron. It does such a good job I enjoy ironing again. And my clothes look great.

I compared this with Rowenta Perfect steam and Reliable i4000.Reliable was great but this is not for home use. The unit gets hot like crazy and unsafe if you have kids around. Very cumbersome, big and takes too much time to set up and use.I previously owned a Rowenta which came with the boiler and was great. Problem was refilling it (you have to let it cool down before refilling) and the concern that boiler could blow up (I guess this has never happened or documented)...just never felt with kids around. The new Rowenta Perfect steam does not have a boiler, instead generates steam on the go, like the Laurastar. BUT, I was so disappointed to see that the new Rowenta Perfect steam is of such poor quality compared to my original device with boiler. The water tank is cheap plastic, which I feel will break down in 1 month of use. Steam output was not consistent.Laurastar has the best of the above. First of all, it is very well built. Amazing design, small and light but more importantly feels well engineered. I learnt a lot researching about the steam output. I guess the Phillips steam generators (which are only sold in Europe) have higher steam output based on what I read online. But, I think Laurastar, has failed to advertise themselves well with regards to their steam output. I think the best part of this iron is the continuous steam output at 3.5 bars. You never feel that you run out of steam; added to the fact that you can refill the water using a any thing (you don’t need a funnel) is really convenient. Saves a lot of time, gets things done faster. The performance of this device was hands down the best of the all the above 3 that i have used. 2 issues which I feel were not to my liking was the steam cord which is quite heavy and comes in the way of moving the iron with ease; secondly the sole plate seems smaller (probably this helps in the long run w/dexterity) and not as smooth as the other irons.Overall very impressed with this device which is so well made. I can definitively say that a lot of research and engineering has gone into this device. 500 bucks for a iron, not sure if i can justify. I believe in spending money on things that are well done...and deliver the best results. I am sold on this device for now...hope it does not break (i have read that this device has high failure rate based on reviews). If it does, I will update it on my review
