Really difficult to try to piece together with NO manual of any kind. The website for this brand has no instructions for assembly and no one is answering the customer service hotline - their voicemail is full. The "no tools required" is also misleading. The product didn't come with any tools to support assembly. Seriously regretting this purchase.

Seller was great about replacing a misplaced/misdelivered order quickly and the shelf itself is sturdy and looks great as an upright unit vs the wall length I had taking up more visual and physical space.

The craftsmanship on this is terrible. The pieces don’t fit together. No matter how much you tighten it, there is still space between things. It wobbles and isn’t sturdy. The instructions aren’t helpful when putting it together. It works for what I want to use it for, but this is definitely very poorly made.

Very complicated to put together one of the main boards snapped in half and looked like cardboard not even as sturdy as particle board Would have sent it back but by the time we got it together didn’t want to take the time to take it down. When I find a real wood one this will go in the garbage
