Very pleased with this Lawn Aerator, used on back garden and it made easy work of making holes. Easy to put together and seems sturdy. Good to have the bar in the middle for pushing down with your foot, the soil pushed through and easy to tip into a wheel barrow to remove...Good value

You have to put it together, but if the holes are misaligned in the handle, like mine are, then the screws don't go through, and you've just wasted your time, especially since now you have to go return it to some UPS Store. Amazon needs to clearly label these items as "must assemble" or "IKEA time" or "Screwdriver IQ test" because fine, things are assembled in China, but not all the way, and it's just a waste of materials and time and effort and money when this thing comes across the ocean and won't fit together.

Getting yard ready for spring, have used to dig plugs of grass from spots where grass is good and placing them in some bare spots in the yard. Works great and very easy to use. Built of sturdy material, and easily cleaned by spraying with a hose. Very light weight and also can be used by my wife, who is the main yard care person of the family. Definitely will use dandelion plucker this spring.

Works really well, the tray is nice because it picks up the dirt clods which you want to make sure you put back in the yard and not throw out. Fertilize and or water directly after doing this. It definitely takes a little bit of muscle so make sure the ground has been saturated for a day or two prior to make your life easier. Overall super heavy Duty and works well

This aerator is of very good quality. Design is also excellent but after using it for several times without any success I have to call the commercial aeration service for my very compacted soil. I have tried to aerate my lawn after heavy rains and applying soil loosener but all unsuccessful. With my 74kg bodyweight the aerator cannot go any further than an inch! I believe this aerator is not for very compacted soil unless you are a very heavy guy.
