Not very sturdy. I think it would work better it had an actual pulley wheel and thicker strap.

I was a little skeptical about how well this would hold given that the thing that stops it from sliding through the door is just foam, but it works really well. Everything is totally adjustable and very sturdy. If the straps come out of the latch that makes the loop they are very easy to thread back through. The color doesn’t rub off and it comes with a nice little bag to store it in. I use it on a sliding closet door and it worked just as well as a normal door. Very happy with it!

I love how easy it is to use, i lost flexibility on my left leg, and after a few minutes of stretching with it my leg feels great! It convenient and i can use it anytime i want!
