I took a nap as soon as I received this and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was. It even has a strap so it stays on your leg if you move around. It’s very soft and has almost like a memory foam feel to it. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Wife loves it. The material inside is like memory foam, but softer. Plus she has a bad sciatica. Since she started using it, her sciatica is so much better now. She could hardly move, until she started using the pillow. We highly reccomend the pillow!

The attached leg strap is comfortable and very handy. The pillow stays with me no matter how I toss & turn.The material is very smooth and stays cool between my knees.This is my second time using a side sleeping, between the knees pillow. This model is far superior to my previous attempt.I recommend it.

It takes some getting used to. I woke up sore after the first couple of nights, probably because my spine was in alignment. However, I kept going and now I can not sleep without it.

Be careful using it. It’s supposed to help with sciatica pain, but it actually gave me bigger pain. I’m not sure it’s anatomically correct to use this pillow. In hospitals then just put a regular pillow between a persons knees and the body aligns itself.This foam pillow is NOT one size fits all. For some people it can make more damage than to others. No help at all.Use a regular soft pillow!

Seemed to work better than a regular pillow because I roll a lot at night but foam piece inside seemed to flatten and then ripped apart after about 2 months of use.

Adds support to my posture whenever I sleep on my side. I'm happy that it doesn't ride up or get loose, so I can sort of maintain a nice leg position for my sleep routine.

I was skeptical but this really has helped my back. I have used a pillow in the past but it doesn't move with you when you move around at night and it gets in the way. This solved that problem and it's also shaped to be effective but not bulky
