I love this upgrade to the Level 2 EV Charger for my Tesla! After a few weeks of use, I’m extremely impressed with how well it performs.Firstly, the 25-foot cord is great since it’s long enough to reach from the outlet to my Tesla without any issues, making it perfect for various parking situations. The charger also offers an impressive 40A output, which allows for fast charging – I can easily top off my car in just a few hours. I previously had a standard 32A charger, but this one definitely provides better speed and efficiency. The charger features a well-lit display that shows real-time data, including voltage, amperage, and KW, which is useful for monitoring your charging progress. While it doesn’t have Wi-Fi connectivity, I don’t find it necessary since the car’s app already handles the charging schedules perfectly. It’s nice to have manual control over amperage adjustments and the ability to set a timer for off-peak charging times.I like that it's extremely portable as well. It’s compact enough to throw in the trunk, and it comes with a nice carrying bag, making it easy to take on road trips or to different charging locations. Plus, the NEMA 14-50 plug works seamlessly with my Tesla, no adapters needed.

The charging power is quite fast, and it can be fully charged overnight, which fully meets the needs of daily commuting and travel. The NEMA 14-50 plug has a stable connection, and the 25-foot cable length is also very practical. It can be easily reached whether the car is parked in the garage or in the driveway. The most convenient thing is that it supports current regulation and timing delay functions, which can be flexibly set according to electricity prices or usage habits. It is especially practical for off-peak charging at night. The NACS interface is directly compatible with Model 3/Y/S/X. No additional adapter is required. It can be used by plugging it in, which is very worry-free. The shell also looks very sturdy, with good protection, and it is very safe to use.

So far works great. I had to install a 50A outlet to plug it in. overall cable length is 28 feet but from the unit to the car plug is 25 feet so be aware if you install the unit to the wall, the fixed point is now 25 feet to your car. This is one of the only mobile chargers I found that charge at 40A. all the others I've seen only go up to 32A. The screen is well lit even in the day light and shows amperage, voltage, KW all in real time. there is no wifi feature so you can't control it remotely. you can control the amount of amperage to charge with which is nice in case your plug is only rated for a lower amperage. you do need to change the charging amperage PRIOR to plugging into your car. You can also set a timer to start charging after a certain amount of hours. I haven't used this feature as I scheduled charging times through my car. The button on the car plug works with my Model Y to open the charging door assuming I have my phone key on me. if not, it doesn't work. this unit comes with NACS plug so no adapter is required for my Model Y. Still cheaper (>half price) than a hardwired EV charger and does the same. I don't need all the bells and whistles with the hard wired versions as this does what I need. Recommend if your car uses NACS and don't need to charge >40 amps. I do wish the screen turns off or goes to sleep when not in use; currently, it stays on as long as it's plugged in.

After trying a few different EV chargers, I’m really impressed with this Level 2 EV charger! The performance is exceptional and it's the perfect fit for a Tesla since it offers 40A charging that works faster than many other chargers I’ve tried. One of the best features is the long 25-foot cable since it gives me the flexibility to park my car at a distance from the outlet without struggling to connect the charger. The LCD screen is easy to read and shows useful information like amperage and voltage, which is great for tracking the charging status. The button to open the charging port on my Tesla is a nice touch, working exactly as expected and making the whole process more convenient.Another big plus is the timer feature. I can set it to charge during off-peak hours, which helps save on electricity costs. The charging speed is fast enough to recharge my car overnight, and I’ve had no issues with overheating or slow charging. This charger is also very portable. It comes with a carrying case, wall mount, and cable holder, which keeps everything organized when not in use. The fact that it’s much cheaper than installing a hardwired charging station is another reason why I love this option. Plus, it’s easy to take with me when traveling.Overall, if you need a reliable, fast, and affordable Level 2 charger for your Tesla (or any NACS-compatible car), this is an excellent choice. It’s easy to use, performs well, and is built to last. Definitely worth the investment!
