I purchased this item to charge my 2023 Tesla Model Y at EVgo stations. The product appears well-built and sturdy; however, my Tesla would not charge, indicating an issue with each charging station.

WhyI pay for the expensive Tesla one when you can use this. This is a perfect adapter so you can use CCS1 chargers with your Tesla. It is so much cheaper than the actual Tesla one and works great. Does the same job and is perfect

Was happy to get this just in time to try it at a Level 3 DC-Direct charging station based on CCS standard for charging up my daughter's Model 3 Tesla. Works Perfectly! This is well made with a strong plastic housing that's got a matte finish so it's grippy and not slick when it's slightly wet, as it got outside tonight when I did the charging.I'm impressed with the peak wattage of 250kw which was reached for a period of time during the charge, and the voltage was very high as well (I don't remember specific numbers on Volts). Charge was from 25 percent SOC up to full and it was very fast. No problems with heating or thermal throttling - it just locked in place on the wand and into the vehicle and did the adaptation between standards at very high rates. Great value for a very sturdy and well-functioning adapter

Three stars because it's a solid piece. Almost 20 ounces, looks well-made. And some chargers act funnily. But ... plug it in - Telsa (2025 Model 3) does not go green, charger reads, "Waiting ..."Tried it on two different chargers. Same result. Bought a different brand - worked. Tried this one again - that same charger - "Waiting ..."Could just be my experience. I hope it works for other folks.

Exactly what we needed for our 23' Tesla (Y) to be able to use non-Tesla chargers, especially in longer haul trips. It fits perfectly, charges well and fast, and is made up of good quality, solid plastic, but still lightweight. It is a must have at this price point, if you own a Tesla so you have options.

Does not fit for 2022 Tesla Model x Plaid. I'm not sure why. How unfortunate.
