Works great, only complaint is that you have to unlock charger from the Tesla app or in the car. Slightly annoying.

Really impressive how thick this cable is, i also have the tesla mobile charger, and this one is thicker, and when i run 32a through both tesla's gets hotter by 10degf, I also ran it at 40a and it did great for 3h temp wise. I'm going to daily charge at 32a because the thermals are so nice, may even go down to 20a when i don't need to charge too fast. Note, yes its not as nice to have to go to the tesla app to open the port and unlock the port and to stop charging but usually i have my phone open anyway. Also i would say do not use this for level 1 charging 1. its overkill 2. its heavier 3. it adapts nema1650 to standard plug which i think is dubious (but thanks for the adapter), AT THIS PRICE...i kinda want to buy another one.

Works great, just wish I had a bottom to open the charger door on my Tesla and to disengage charging. Otherwise, 5 stars for price and build quality.

Way better than oem. I only charge at 32amps. Heavy duty and thicker than OEM. Very happy

we have 50A service at work and we've been sharing a standard j1772 charger where i've had to use the tesla adapter to get power. there are multiple outlets but with one charger I've had to charge when the cord is open. since i don't have any other coworkers with a tesla i purchased this so i can charge my car without having to worry about using the community one and if coworkers ask to use it i can simply say it's a tesla only charger and it's my main one i gotta put it away sorry friend and save money this way. considering i can charge up to 100% this charger will pay for itself in the first 30-60 days of ownership so i hope this charger lasts a few years or for the life of my vehicle.

Upon reading reviews on this I purchased anyways because of the price being cheap. Well today I went to use this as I’m on a trip and it keeps shutting off. Tesla notifications constantly not charging this has happened on two different model y’s of mine so being returned for sure. The power is not an issue I dropped down to 35 amps to see if that was an issue it’s not. The temp outside is 25f so it’s not over heating. I’m afraid it’s a plug issue and it’ll catch fire like the other review

Charges at the rate it's spec at without overheating. Very pleased so far. Will update in a couple of months.Update: still working great, no problems at all. I do wish it had the button to open the charging door on my Tesla.
