I got this to replace the same model that was nearly 10 years old. It was super easy to set up on my LAN and works as good as any new printer out there.

I bought the above printer, not realizing it is an old printer and IS NOT SUPPORTED BY THE MANUFACTURER, because of its age. I couldn't get Dell to help me download the drivers for it. Without the drivers, it's a useless machine! When I returned the item, I was under the impression I would get a FULL REFUND, but instead a restocking fee for a useless POS was deducted from the refund. Don't buy this printer, it's not supported by dell and is worthless.

I have several of these printers and Dell stopped carrying them. I wanted to keep using the same toner/drum so I went skeptically went with a refurb. Initially, the printer made a lot of noise but after a day or two has not given me any trouble yet. It is in an office environment and used regularly.

It arrived quickly and packed very well. Plugged it in and it has been working great. I will update again later but so far, I am thrilled that I got such a great printer for such a great price!
