I wanted a punching bag for the basement, boxing is a fantastic workout and I really enjoy it. This comes with pretty much everything you need minus the filling. You can use things around the home such as old clothing, blankets, sawdust, sand, etc. What you get is the bag itself, wrist wraps, a chain, and a ceiling mount with hardware. This is a great option for a small home gym and could be used on a bag stand if necessary. Make sure to follow the manufacturers recommendation and don’t fill beyond eighty pounds. Aside from the filler material, the only thing I’d suggest is a pair of good boxing gloves. The price is good, I say give it a try!

It's got everything you need to get going and having some fun with it. This isn't professional fighting level deer or training equipment. It's also not priced like it is either. For someone who's just beginning in martial arts or boxing or something like that it's a good starter kit. You can upgrade individual plans as you go but this gets the job done in the beginning
