So I wanted a softer bag as to not tear my shoulders up. And this one was advertised to be pretty good for just that. However, it’s still pretty damn solid and will take many hours of abuse to really break it in. I was hoping for a little more cushion. After about 20 hrs of work in it is getting better tho. Over all good quality bag tho, love the colors, straps are sturdy and durable. Good investment over all just prepared to put in some work to break it in properly
