So far, really like this microwave. It's smaller than my old one, but for me it's fine. I haven't taken the time to figure out the different programs, so can't comment on that. But it does what I need to do: reheat leftovers or heat frozen foods. The only complaint I have is that it has a child safety lock that took a bit of time to figure out how to disable it because the instructions for oven use were inside the microwave. Why do manufacturers do that?
