These rails are a good price and the bearings move relatively smoothly. I like that they're already attached so you don't have to worry about dropping ball bearings everywhere when you attached the guides.

My order arrived the day after I purchased it and I am very pleased with the product. I am using these miniature ways to increase the travel range of my desktop CNC. They glide smoothly and do not have any slack in the axis’s opposed to the travel direction.

I have bought and returned a few sets, from different companies. There are some out there that are real CR%P.That is not the case with these, slide great out of the box, once cleaned good(just removing oil) they are perfect!!

This was the last two items that I needed for a Core X Y printer build. I received these items in what seemed to be very good Packaging. It took a while to get them free. Once free as with all linear rails I immediately remove all of the factory oils clean the rails clean the carriage as well as the bearings And re Lube with PTFE oil. There is not a single spot on these rails that these carriages do not get snagged. As you can see in the photos the rails are actually completely bent both of them in odd ways. When held together flush the ends do not meet at all and for about five or six in up the rail they do not even touch. This is some of the worst manufacturing of linear rails that I have yet seen. I will be contacting customer service about this issue promptly. As I need to finish this printer. On a positive note the carriages are pretty much standard and work on all of my other rails.

I know absolutely nothing about linear rails. These are the first ones I’ve purchased to make a slab flattening jig. The rails have very good weight to them and the machining on them is impeccable. The slide block travels smoothly but hold tight enough to not move when you hold the rail vertically, I’m sure this would change when you add weight to them. But for the price I paid for them I have zero complaints. Also, like everything else you buy that has been machined there is oil on EVERYTHING, so I do recommend having a roll of paper towels on hand when you unpack them.

Recently bought same sized rails from another provider and was not pleased with the quality. Decided to give these guys a try and the quality difference is easily superior. Rails are straight and have no bow. Was definitely impressed especially with the length of these rails (1500mm). Surface finish is good, and the blocks run smooth (I recommend cleaning both the rails and the blocks for best results). Highly recommend especially at this price.
