Recently started making my own bread and while bags are constructed well and look very nice they do nothing to keep bread fresh. Baked a loaf of sourdough, let cool completely and after having a slice put in bag and cinched tightly. Next morning the sliced side was hard and dried out. Next time will try just storing sliced side down on a board and cover with a tea towel. Save your money and skip the bags.

I was very happy with this purchase. I have just started making sourdough bread and was trying to find a way to keep the bread fresh. Having tried containers, plastic bags and anything else I could think of, I gave this bag a try. It keeps the bread fresh for longer and seals it well to keep anything you don't want in there out!

I made the sandwich bread along with other items in the home and these bags have helped keeping those items fresh. Only thing I didn’t like was the lining on the inside of the bag tore pretty quickly, but I can still use the bag for it’s purpose.
