Keep the box it came in you will need it!!!Ordered 2 Both had BMS problems and 1 also had a bad weak cell lowering the amp hour by almost 50%.It’s a pain mailing them back and once they get it they wait days before sending one back to you.Slow turn around.I will update once they are done giving me the run around. They just say we inspect every thing before shipping out that’s never happened before.Sure you do that’s why I have 2 bad batteries plus I ordered the charger for them and the first charger was bad and cooked the first battery. they sent a replacement charger and that one crapped out on the 2nd charge and it might have messed up the BMS on the other battery.Come on now.I’ve Been chatting with them for 1-2 months now testing this testing that.Maybe They make you wait so long to get back with you so you are out of the return window.I don’t knowWe will find out and I will let you know how it goes when it’s all said and done!!So Check back in a few months :-(

Perfect Group 31 replacement for the house batteries in our camper van. The old AGM batteries gave up after 4 years. The self heat feature allows them to be charged when the ambient temperature is below freezing. Excellent build quality. Double the usable power as the OE AGMs and about 1/3 the weight

I only had problems with it outside in weather well below -20 °F as the automatic cold-protection feature would shut off the battery. But charging it would warm it up and it would work fine. Usually leaving off of a charger at -36 °F to -20 °F for 8 hours or less would allow it to retain enough heat to not shut off.

So I ordered the 200Ah heated battery first for my sprinter class C RV, but it was about 1/2” too wide across to fit into the compartment where the previous 2 batteries were sadly. LiTime staff was great on return of that battery, ordered the 100Ah heated unit (here) and have tested it from full charge down to discharged to ~11v with an Electronic Load Battery Capacity Tester I bought eons ago from Amazon to test car batteries etc. this one I did get a full 1280 watts out of the 100Ah battery. Have boondocked with it a few times and works great. Takes 45Amps charge from charge controller perfectly!

Switched this out with a lead acid battery that came with the RV to run a 12 volt fridge. Must have a charge controller that will automatically switch to handle the lithium current load. I'm not an expert on the why's or how's this is important. In areas where it is below freezing you should have the battery inside or pony up to have a battery heater if you have it outside.

I installed these yesterday in a Forest River Class C motorhome and have been testing them, so far I am very pleased. I have been in contact with LI Time several times now (emails only, no voice contact is possible). Their responses to my questions are thorough, accurate and VERY prompt. Most likely these are Chinese folks that are responding, but if so their English writing is perfect. If you want, you could test them before you buy and ask any questions you might have and see the quality and promptness of their responses. You will be impressed. The product manuals, packaging, speed of delivery, and customer service, are all excellent. Also, there are youtube videos out there where they rigorously test and take apart these batteries and they are highly recommend by the non-affiliated test people. They report on the excellent design and internal quality so I recommend you seek out and view those videos before you buy.Note if you're installing these in a Forest River Class C motorhome you'll probably have to make the battery box (located under the entry stairs) opening slightly larger as theses batteries are 1/4" longer than a 27M-sized lead acid battery. I got them installed, but barely without making any mods to the battery box. My advice is to enlarge the battery box first. If you don't enlarge the box you'll never get these batteries out of there if needed. For the Forest River and any newer RV, you'll also have to change out your Battery Isolation Manager (BIM) from a model # 160 to BIM 225 to accommodate the new Lithium batteries. The BIM 225 is sold on Amazon. This install is easily done.Update 10/3/2024 - Added two more batteries to my string of batteries for a total of 400 amp hours of capacity. Install was easy and these synced up to my 2 existing LiTime batteries perfectly. Very pleased with this prduct.

This review is only on the company's misrepresentation of in-stock items and shipping. On November 27, 2023 I placed an order for two of these batteries. At the time, the add stated that the batteries were in stock and would arrive by December 4, 2023. On November 28, I received a message that the batteries had been shipped. I then contacted LiTime and asked for a tracking number. They said they did not have any of the batteries in stock and it would be around December 11 when they would be in stock. On December 11 I contacted LiTime again and asked if they had been shipped and they said it would now be December 20 before they would be shipped. I said that would be too late and asked for a refund which I received the next day.So, my complaint is that if there are no items in stock, the add should not state that they are, and that stating the items have been shipped when they have not. Even today (December 13) the add still states the batteries are in stock when they are not.
