The metal is too thick to fit a standard embroidery hoop screw. So disappointing, the design is good and would have been great to tuck into a project bag.

One of these should be included with every embroidery machine shipped. This tool allows for easy removal of the base plate, needle clamp as well as being an amazing loop wrench for tightening the fabric. Normal screwdrivers are too long to fit into the tight quarters under the arm of the machine, or the blade is too narrow to effectively turn the screws.An added bonus to this tool, is that it is small enough to fit into the tool drawer of most embroidery machines. Hopefully keeping it from getting lost.These will make excellent stocking stuffers for my sewing friends. Even if they already have one, I am sure they will be tickled to have a spare.

I bought cause to buy a name brand is too expensive. I needed it for Enterprise embroidery machine. It fits & works great.
