A bit cumbersome and doesn't quite work as easy as advertised, but I'll keep it and try again or donate it.

I haven’t used these yet but I love the molds! Looking forward to making some hand pies!

I tried to use these for some popover type of pastry. I don’t cook often, mostly bake. I didn’t spray down the mold but did sprinkle some flour around both sides. From what I could figure out it would be a two step process. First step is cutting the top crust with the patterned side, but I didn’t want to cut the bottom crust because I wanted to fill the center before I put the two sides together and didn’t want any holes in the crust. So, top crust. Then fill the bottom with rolled pastry, fill that and add the top crust, then close the mold to press the two sides together and trim the sides. Didn’t work well.I might keep the mold, take it apart and use the cutout sidew for some cookies, but I won’t try to make filled pastries with it again.

Didn’t like too much. Wasn’t easy to make mini pies in this because they would fall apart.

These do work BUT the cutter should be a little bigger. Once you get the dough in and add the filling the sides don’t meet well so crimping is not easy. Stretching the dough is an option but then it is thin and out of shape. We started just adding the dough to the inside and cutting the extra after crimping. Makes the shape but not the detail from the cutters.
