Dummy batteries are honestly something I keep handy for studio work, I will mainly use the batteries but I’ve had a failure and these dummy batteries will save an entire studio shoot if you have a failure in some cameras that won’t let you use the camera while you charge the batteries.Essential buy for photographers and at this price I couldn’t recommend these more!

This fits perfectly in my R7, and lets me run my camera off USB-C power banks or AC inverters, drastically reducing or completely eliminating the need to swap batteries. I haven't run into any functions that don't work with this installed, which is good. Exactly what I needed.
