This alternator will not work for a 2004 Ford Expedition 5.4; two stickers indicated it would work but another sticker indicated it was for a Nissan; the alternator received did not match the picture and mounting isn't even close.

I got one in February 2024, it failed in June 2024.Get alternator some else. They put Lucas Oil Company as their contact information. So your 30 day return policy is not gonna happen here.

2004 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 5.4L Triton 2VLasted a week before putting out low voltage. Currently running at 11.8v and we should be at 13.5-13.7. This is a poorly remanufactured alternator and they're using cheap parts. Luckily it's not too hard to change out.Update 7/7/2024I ended up having to replace the alternator. It once again completely stopped charging. When I removed the battery cable from the terminal lug, I found that there was a loose connection from manufacturing, causing the terminal to heat up and melt the plastic. Luckily no damage was done to my vehicle.
