Easy to assemble and easy to install. The only thing I don’t like is that it will not articulate backwards to allow the hatch to open. Good purchase though… better than I thiught it would be.

The rubber strap will not go around the frame of bikes - had to bungee them on. it is quite heavy and appears to be sturdy, but bikes cannot be secured. Scary to use this rack!

The rack itself is acceptable. The rubber strap and the mount for the frame quality is good. I wouldn't take it on a cross country trip, but it'll run around town just fine. The lock pins to keep it in position work well. The one downside, however, is it's designed for a 1/2" hitch pin, not a standard 5/8" truck hitch pin. So if you want to run it on your truck or SUV, you're going to need to open up the holes a little to get your standard hitch pin in.

This shakes a lot, and doesn't have a real locking mechanism. The rubber straps have held up, but I am afraid one day they might let loose and the bike will fall off. 4 out of 5 stars because it hasn't happened yet, but I drive and check to see if the bike is still back there lol

Took this with a heavy beach cruiser and child bike (heavy metal frame) from Arizona to California then on to Washington state. Durable and great for the price.
