Vacuum is good at picking up leaves but not small debris like dirt, as indicated in the description, or catkins from an Oak tree which is a little bulkier than dirt.

After trying another kind I sent it back because it would get stuck in one place and would not move.I put this one in my pool and the wheels help it navigate over the lumps.And within 1 hour it cleaned the whole bottom..

For the price, I thought I'd be getting a better product. This vacuum takes ALL DAY to charge and it only runs for a little over an hour, which is not long enough to finish the job. I feel like it's going to take a week to get the entire bottom of my 4440 gallon pool cleaned up. I'm extremely disappointed.Update: Customer service was not helpful. They responded to my review, initially offering me a refund for my toubles, but then retracted their offer and instead offering to ship a replacement. Sending the same vacuum isn't going to fix anything. So then they said they'd only offer a refund if I ship it back (huge inconvenience and likely shipping costs). No, thank you.
