I reached in to grab one of the locknuts and my fingers were black from the dust/soot in the bag. The bag is coated inside with black residue. While I'm not expecting hardware to be perfectly clean, these are exceptionally dirty and will require cleaning before I'm able to use them for their intended purpose.
