Great tripod...came in very handy for my kids sports when I film...long stick and strong magnet...did several shake tests with my fold 4 by shaking it over a bed...it took a lot to shake the phone free. So any other phones I think will stick like glue I believe.

I really like that this connects magnetically. No more finicky mounts to mess with. It turns into a nice selfie stick, if needed. Or it can act as a tripod. It's not very tall so you may need to set it on something if you need it taller than a standard desk. But you can also shorten it and just set it on the desk. It's very versatile and the magnet is strong!

I may be overly excited about this. But seriously…a Mag Safe adhering selfie stick?! What wonderful magic is that?I use a lot of tripod and selfie stick devices when I coach. And then, there are those days I don’t want to video athletes at all…and why? Because setting up the tripod and mounting my costly phone into a screw vice grip, or smashing it into a retractable rubber grip…is time I can be using to coach. And adding a good deal of wear and tear to my pricey iPhone pro max. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten the side buttons stuck in those grips, and it’s harmful to my phone’s longevity. The magnetic attachment with this selfie stick is absolutely amazing. Now I just extend the pole on the device, after adhering my mag safe phone to the magnetic paddle, and boom. Recording athletes has never been this easy…esp in the event I coach (pole vault). It takes me less than 30 seconds now to attach my phone, and there I am. Recording vaulters on the runway, and then hoisting the selfie pole into the air, to record their crossing over the bungee or bar. This is absolutely my favorite device now for this purpose, and considering I have over five different tripod devices; well, that’s saying a lot IMO.Great device. Highly recommended!

Pros:- Provides and supports both MagSafe magnetic mount and clip mount. Also includes magnetic ring sticker for non-MagSafe equipped phone.- Considered light in weight (~6.6 oz)- Can extend from about 9 to 35 inches, with built-in tripod stand- Comes with tiny removable Bluetooth remote shutter controlCons:- Although the magnetic mount seems strong enough, it appears it's a magnetic sheet (not true magnets). Hope the magnetic sheet is well secured and strength won't deteriorate over time.- The tripod is not that stable when the height is fully extended. Due to the mount design, weight of phone causes tripod to lean forward (off-balanced), especially when used on carpet or with blowing wind.- When phone is in portrait (vertical) mode on magnetic mount, the downward adjustment angle is restricted due to mount being close to the adjustment hinge. However, I still prefer this than the other commonly found plastic magnetic mount with additional arm section due to stability reason.- Even when the hinge is tightened, the phone mount can still be moved up and down if bumped or by hand.- Pretty much all made with plastic material, except for the extension rod (appears to be aluminum).- The remote shutter control uses tiny button battery, not re-chargeable. Also, after pairing, there is no light to indicate it's powered on (likely to conserve battery). Thus, needs to remember to turn it off after use.In summary, even with the cons, this is still a nice MagSafe selfie stick to bring along when travelling. Magnetic mount is so much more convenient to quickly mount and dismount. Wish there's hole on handle for hand strap (to secure selfie stick with treasured phone).

I was SO excited for this selfie stick and tripod stand to come, especially since it is magnetic. (*I own a small Oh Snap! Snapstand 2.0 that I use with my iPhone to access online recipes in the kitchen— and it is amazing.) The magnet on my OhSnap! is strong but that stand is metal and formidable — this one is not! This combination tripod stand and extendable selfie stick is made of cheap, lightweight plastic that cannot support the weight of the phone. The magnet they use IS a good magnet and grips the phone great but the stand/stick is so crappy that it cannot support the weight of the magnet and the phone, rendering it completely useless. Skip this buy.

This is my first selfie stick, so I’m finding it hard to make comparisons. I was however, very disappointed that my sealed package had NO instructions, (ZERO) which left me trying to figure out the extending stand and remote with no help. Now that I kinda know how to use it, It seems to be sturdy enough, and I love the strong magnet hold. But again, no instructions??? Really???

On a tabletop or as a selfie stick this works great but as a tall tripod, I seem to have a lot of issues with it falling over. It almost seems like the phone is too heavy for it or the base isn’t covering enough surface. The magnetic hold is super strong and really great and the quality feels good as well.

The magnetic head is attached with a 1/4-20 screw but I am unable to remove it. This is the second one I have received this way so I'm suspecting this is the way they are made. The magnetic head does not seat on the tripod top so is insecure. Sorry to return two of these but against my better nature I went ahead and ordered the second one. Nope, still the same. This is a shame because up to that point, it's a great device that would work great if it were not for this. Magnet is really strong. Tripod part is great and the bluetooth control works well. There is a gap at the top of the 1/2=20 bolt and can not be reduced to seat the magnetic head. See photo. This was the case on BOTH of them. A shame.
