I just needed something simple to store a few important things in, until my actual lock box arrives. This mailbox seemed like a good fit. It comes with two keys and it isn't massive. The quality on the other hand, is very questionable. It arrived with several dents all over the exterior and the door. The dents hinders the door slot from completely closing. It kinda buckles outward after closing and locking the door. If someone felt like it, they could take a simple tool and pry it open with little effort. Because of the dents, some of the paint has chipped off or in the beginning stages of coming off. It doesn't particularly look very nice.If I had gotten this thing for it's intended purpose, I'd be a lot more upset. It really isn't something that I believe would be able to withstand daily use or wear and tear from the elements outside. The metal is weak and easy to damage. If you are in a pinch financially, this mailbox is worth the purchase. But only if you replace it with something with much better quality in the near future.I gave it 3 stars since the thing isn't completely garbage. Although it has multiple cosmetic and build issues, it still works for the most part. It also can hold a fair amount of envelopes/mail within it. Considering the price of this thing, it's simply okay. Not horrible but not amazing either. It sits comfortably in the middle of the scale.

Okay, it's a nice size. Granted, it's mainly suitable for envelopes and paper mail. But it's SUPER durable. It's easy to mount, and teh lockability is smooth and helps a lot for security. It looks veryofficial. Overall, I'm quite satisfied!

I am not overly crazy about this mailbox and had second thoughts as soon as I opened it. First the metal is kind of thin for something that is going to be sitting out in all kinds of weather. Not only that but there is a slight gap on either side of the flap. Not a big deal if your mailbox is not on the side of the house that gets direct rain (ours is) or if it is mounted inside say an apartment hallway. Second it isn’t really the construction of it that I like the least but the design of it. The opening is not all that big if you consider a stack of mail, a large magazine or grocery store flyers. The mail-person won’t be able to just drop a stack of mail in, but will have to separate and piece it in. Also this is being installed in a multiplex condo building, our mail-person usually has the mail for our delivery in one hand and has the rest of the deliveries in the other. With this mailbox they will have to use both hands, one to lift the lid and hold it open and the other to stuff the mail inside, rather than using the same hand to flip the lid and place the mail in the box. Anyone saying this will fit small packages has probably never delivered mail.I do like the locking feature, I was once the victim of mail fraud that cost me thousands of dollars when a neighbor stole not only my bank card but also the pin number that came later. It is a long story but he was never caught and I never got my money back. With mail fraud at an all time high, I highly recommend a locking mailbox. Even though my neighbor up and vanished, I plan on looking into a locking package drop as well.I am not sure what I will do with this box but I uninstalled it as fast as I put it up (which was really quick and easy). I plan on getting a slightly larger locking box that has the flap/lid on the top that mail can drop directly down into and the rain water will roll off of.I think this has some uses, especially if you use it indoors.

I am reviewing HUAOAO brand water proof wall mount mailbox, which at the time of this review was $20. Overall a pretty ok mailbox. Does seem to be MUCH better at water resistance than most wall mount boxes, which is nice. I do think the overall construction feels a little thin, so we'll see how well it holds up. I also think the opening slot for adding mail is a little too small, so for something like a magazine or wide mailer, it's gonna be a tighter squeeze for a delivery person to fit it in the slot. But, for $20 it isn't too bad.
