This cast iron baking mold reflects a very strong quality component that certainly creeps the value out of the rest , smooth polished surfaces that bring the baking product into a shiny texture finish that can make the cake looks like perfect and appealing for the occasion , I recommend using it , packaging material is like art work for me, refining the design and making a good impression

I don’t really know what to do with this pan yet. Have a problem with everything sticking to it. I tried oil and flower and still sticking. Will do more research.

Gift for a sourdough lover! Going to make discard scones in the shape of a heart! Sturdy cast iron that came pre seasoned. Works great!

I bought two of these on Amazon Prime Day and I'm very happy with them. The original antique cast iron Turk's Hat pans like this are quite rare and expensive, so these modern Martha Stewart fluted pans are an excellent substitute. These are so unusual and nicely made that I bet they'll become collectible in their own right. For my first bake, rather than cook muffins or tarts, I concocted a moist recipe for oatmeal cookies with dried cranberrries, pecans, and maple syrup. I did not add any special extra seasoning layers to these cast iron specialty pans prior to using them; I just used a heavy spray layer of Baker's Joy and that worked out fine. I let my chunky cookie/muffins cool for about 20 minutes and then used a dinner knife to loosen a bit around the fluted edges---then I turned over the pans and my cookie/muffins popped right out. For easy removal, it worked best to not overfill the indentations. After cooling, the pans washed up easily with soap and a blue scrubby sponge afterwards. I know that some purists would want to strip the factory seasoning and reseason before using them, but the factory seasoning that these came with seemed excellent and performed well on my first bake.
