I bought this product and unfortunately didn't open it until after the return period. I assumed the dimension in the product description were correct. After opening the box, I found that our 16x20 prints hang over the edge of the "16x20" backing board making it useless. I remeasured our prints and they are perfectly 16x20", when I measured the backing boards they all fell short of the stated dimensions. (See photo) Avoid this product!

A few boards were torn pre packaging but just a few didnt effect the front still usable but doesnt look good on the back.
