I actually think I like this whisk above my bamboo whisk. It’s sturdy and works exactly like the natural whisk. It’s easy to clean and holds its shape well. Comes with a little strainer and wooden spoon.Recommend.

It looks to be easy to clean. I got it because I was looking for a very fine strainer, and this is exactly what I was looking for. This is the finest strainer I have used. I have never seen a strainer so finely meshed. I am giving this a five-star just for the strainer alone.

I ordered this set mainly to have a dedicated matcha sifter, instead of using my tea infuser – and it’s completely useless for that purpose. The mesh is so fine, you can barely get any matcha powder through it. And for what does get through, SO MUCH MORE gets trapped inside it, that it becomes next to impossible to wash it out! In fact, I had to scrub it vigorously with a brush just to try to get clean, and it finally broke. The other items are Okay, whisk is a bit flimsy, but the sifter is just awful for matcha.

The spoon is the perfect size! I love it and the wisk is nice. It’s very easy to clean and it didn’t scratch the bottom of my bowl. The sifter is completely unusable. I couldn’t even push the matcha through it. I do think it’s worth it for the money, but not if you don’t already have a good sifter. I’m kind of disappointed, but overall fine product.

My wife has been looking for an extra fine mesh metal sieve for sprinkling fine powders, like paprika. This sieve is perfect for her uses. The whisk is made of plastic parts slotted together, allowing water get trapped inside the bottom part so she won't be using it much.
