Quality of these is just as good as the name brands for half the cost. Sizing is accurate compared to those brands. They are perfectly sharp right out of the package. I would definitely recommend!

There's a couple of things wrong with these hooks. For one, they're offset like a bait hook, not a fly tying hook. Second, they're very thin and BREAK super easy. I wouldn't trust these for catching fish at all, at least not a good sized fish. I'm never buying cheap hooks from Amazon again, they're cheap for a reason. I'll stick with my Daiichi's and TMC's. They may cost a bit more but I've never had one break on me while tying a fly.

Nice hooks for the price, sharp, color is good, appear to be strong. No complaints, I'll try some other maximumcatch products in the future.

I like using these for tying flies. Nicely sharp. The quality seems good, but I don't know about long term durability because I usually snag them on logs in the river before too long.

I decided to try these #14 Maxcatch ( or Maximumcatch..the company seems to go by both names) barbless, jig style hooks and I found them to be high quality, sharp, consistent, and excellent to tie flies. These hooks are an excellent value. Now, I plan to try other Maxcatch fishing products.I paid for these hooks . They were not a promotion. Buy them and you will be ok.
