This is a so-called 370 mini pump sold under lots of different brands. It is smaller than pictured, measuring about 3" in length and 1" in diameter. It consumes about 0.1-0.2A at 12V and outputs significantly more air than your standard aquarium air pump. The amount of air can be reduced by lowering the voltage -- it will run from as little as 5 volts. The nozzles are 4.2mm in diameter and should fit standard aquarium tubing. The pump is fairly quiet but louder than a good aquarium pump. I use 12V USB-C power delivery modules to power this pump.

The specs here claim to be able to pull a vacuum to 420mm below atmospheric. I found it would pull a vacuum and I didn't have a good way to measure this low a volume but I find it difficult to believe it amounted to that much. Blocking the input with my thumb did not cause any discomfort or marking which seems likely given a vacuum of that level.It does pull a vacuum and it does pump out air but it is a small unit and for me pulled 160mA at peak with a "stalled" run of a blocked pump going back down to 110mA after the initial spike.
