With 5/8" and 1/2 diameter locking, 3-1/2" extra long useable hitch pins fit ClassI, II, IV, and V or 1-1/4", 2" and 2-2/1" hitch receivers. Theft and tamper resistant, features easy-to-use push lock keys for convenient operation. Key cannot be removed until pin is locked. Include two keys. Rubber O-rings to prevent pin from moving sideways reducing rattling and annoying noise. Each hitch lock pin has a hole to accept safety clip as an added security in case locking head falls out, is lost or damaged. Weather resistant rubber cap protects keyhole from water, grimes and other outside elements. Kit Includes: (1) lock head, (2) pins, (1) safety clip, (2) keys, (5) O-rings each for both pins.

I use this lock one time for two weeks, went to Florida from Indiana and back when I went to unlock it key went in, but would not turn due to some corrosion sprayed lock with lubricant ended up cutting lock off contacted the company in regards to the issue and they did the right thing by sending me a replacement. I recommend that you spray lub into the lock to help keep water out and corrosion. I guess time will tell on the replacement. other than that, I was happy with the quality and operation of lock and company response

This is a decent locking pin but I found out the hard way to check your work once you install.I should have paid better attention when installing the locking cap to ensure it was indeed locked. I ASSUMED that pressing the cap on would automatically lock it, stupid of me, and I found out the hard way that it does not! The cap has to be both locked and unlocked with the key. I was in a huge hurry and didnt check my work. I installed my bike carrier, pinned it, and off I went. About 5 miles down the road my bike, still installed on the carrier, was laying in the road. Absolutely my fault for sure but if it could happen to me I'm sure it could to others also. I decided to go to the old fashioned type with a spring pin.

For the price, this is a very good product. The lock secures with spring activation; you don't have to hold both pieces with two hands to lock it, which is a nice feature. Cheaper products are hard to lock.It would be better if it had keyed-alike locks for both pin sizes, but that would be another product.

I have only used the larger size so far. It worked to attach the receiver that I used to pull a trailer on a 1200 mile trip. Now I just use it to hold my decorative cover in place. The rubber cover has a thin part that is supposed to stay on while the part that covers the lock flips open to keep it “attached”. However when I uncover the lock, the entire piece comes off. It doesn’t make much difference but could be annoying if changing it on a windy day.

This is perfect as I have two different sized hitch in two vehicles. Since this came with a size for my class 1 hitch on my car, and a second size for my class 3 hitch on the truck I only needed this kit.No it doesn’t come with two locks. Those not seeing that in the description and handing out a negative review didn’t look closely enough.If you need two locks they sell that kit for a little more $.Otherwise it’s very strong and it works if you have multiple cars/trucks with different hitch sizes.

Does what it needs to and helped me haul a trailer 1500 miles. Locks easily and no problem install.No problems with rust or anything even though the black rubbed off in some spots due to friction, but we'll see how it lasts this winter.
