I have decided to give this crochet a hook because of it's high rating. It is comfortable to grip on but it's quite heavy as compared to normal hook. I would prefer something lighter. Maybe I should have bought a plastic one. Anyway since I need to use it urgently, this will just make do.

This crochet hook is great quality for the price, but I knew when buying it that it was not extra long. The advertisement/product description could be taken differently by others so I am giving it 4 stars only for that reason. Otherwise it was a good hook and I was able to accomplish what I needed to with it without any real issues. The grip was nice and I did find it comfortable and helpful when manipulating the stitches.

I have always been a Boye ergonomic needle. Now I have a new favorite. These needles are slightly longer resting peacefully in a crocheting hand. Some bright flowery patterns would be a nice contribution to the selection option.

Not sure what there is to say. It's a crochet hook and it works. The handle is comfortable.

This handle is perfect! It's round at the bottom, which lets it roll in your hand easily. And it has two flat areas toward the top of the handle for your thumb and index finger, so they don't slip and you can manipulate the hook _exactly_ how you want. The metal hook portion is super smooth. The yarn never slips off the hook--like sometimes when a hook isn't deep enough--but not too deep.I don't know what more to say about this hook, except it's like a perfect storm but in a good way! It's the best one I've ever used!Addendum: some users mentioned "drag"--the yarn dragging on the hook. I have actually encountered drag quite a lot! In my personal experience, drag has always been solved by washing the hook with a little dab of dish soap and warm water. Some yarns seem to have some sort of 'sizing'/coating, and I find I have to wash my hook now & then while crocheting a project.

I’m 50 and have tendinitis in my thumbs from texting (don’t ask). This hook is allowing me to take up my hobby again. The metal and the handle seem to be firmly attached and no wobble or wiggle. The metal is completely smooth upon arrival and doesn’t snag my yarn (I use Lion Brand Homespun for reference on how important no snagging is). Im very happy with this hook and plan to buy more sizes.

I bought this to learn crochet and I actually really enjoy the hook. The handle is comfortable and everything seems to be sturdy. I don’t have any experience with any of the more expensive brands but if you’re a beginner and just looking to try out crochet this definitely gets my recommendation!

I’ve had experience with a few aluminum and even plastic crochet hooks; this by far is the best I’ve tried. The hook is a little heavy but not too much it’s comfortable I’ve been crocheting with it over 3hrs now and I haven’t noticed and slipping for the yarn which if you ever dealt with a slippery hook it’s an annoying thing to deal with. Not here and the handle is silicone like so you won’t get any blisters if your crochet for a long period of time. I’d recommend.
