Measurements were spot on for the shims I received. Thermal tape is included on one side, which adds about .25mm to thickness (excluding the peel-off blue cover).Very satisfied with the quality, would order again.

I ordered the thickest copper heatsink at 2mm to deal with thermal issues on a lab computer. I built a home lab running Virtual Box using an ASRock Deskmeet B660 and a 13th Gen Intel processor. This mini-STX case has a small form factor and I had the problem of excessive heat slowing down the processor which in turn would cause my virtual machines to freeze and CPU to constantly peg at 100% utilization. These copper heatsinks feel heavy I could tell they would absorb a lot of heat. The thermal adhesive worked great at keeping them in place. I placed all five around the CPU area and fan, while installing a second Noctua NF-P12 fan to improve circulation. The solution worked well and the performance is like night and day. I am able to literally run 10 virtual machines simultaneously without pegging my CPU which hovers below 30%. I'm happy with the results using this copper heatsink.
