I purchased for my 7 year old, he seems bored of it. I think this would be better suited for early swimmers maybe ages 4-5.

I was expecting the fish to float on the surface and to be scooped up by the shark, however they sink to the bottom of the pool which means only children comfortable under water can use these. Cute, well made but not what I was expecting.

Bought this for my niece snd nephew as a summertime gift snd it was a hit. They can use it in the bathtub and the pool, great idea and easy to use for little ones!!!Recommend this toy for your favorite kiddos!!!Especially those shark lovers.

My grandkids love this toy. It was in the bathtub for impromptu play within an hour of opening. The sharks have a fun swimming motion and cute features. Time will tell as to durability.

These little sharks are so much fun for the kids to play with in the pool and the bathtub. They are sturdy, they dry out well, and are made of good quality. The little fish have holes that make them sink. That is great for my older children. I bought a little floating ducks for my toddler to pick up in the shark mouth so she didn’t have to dive down in the water.

This is a fun bath toy. Regardless of how gentle a 4-year-old is, they still enjoy a bit of drama.

I got this for my cousin's five year old son to play with in the pool. He didn't even wait that long to use them after opening the box, 'attacking' us adult types with the sharks as we sat relaxing and talking in the living room. ;)All of the pieces seem sturdily made and stood up to lots of play in said pool. The bright colors of the 'shark food' made it easy to have the repetitive fun as is advertised. As did the slow sinking, also as advertised.The fin 'handles' fit hands both big and small.A pool toy success indeed. The imagination was off and running from day one. :)

This is a great toy and my 2 and 4 year old boys love them!We use them in the pool or even bath and the kids can't get enough.You get three yellow fish and three orange fish (to be honest, i wish the fish colors were more noticeably different, but that's minor). The fish have more than one hole in them and the holes are large enough to allow them to dry out completely on the inside (ie: no mold will grow). They sink slowly in the pool.The sharks heads and tails are made of hard plastic, while the middles are mesh. The mesh portion does have foam "circles" in them so they do maintain their shape, and allow the caught fish to fall all the way down to the shark tail area. As far as i can tell, there's no part of the shark that can get moldy.This was a great toy at a great price - i'm so happy i purchased it!

This toy was a huge hit both with our 3 1/2 year old grandson and with the children at our neighborhood pool.We used the toy in the pool's shallow "baby pool" so the sinking fish weren't a big problem, but in a pool with a deep end - I could see where the fish might be somewhat of a hassle.The children ages 2 to 5 all took turns catching the fish with the net and even set up a "holding tank" for the fish once they were caught. The children also enjoyed catching the fish without the net, and setting the fish free once all 6 had been caught. The handle fin on the top of the sharks made it easy for the children to maneuver the shark nets in the water.
