It definitely keeps your head upright 😂 But it’s a bit too wide for my neck to comfortably sleep…maybe a child’s size would’ve been better🤷♀️

I bought two different travel pillows with the intention of keeping the best one and this was it. I used on our flight from MI to HI and loved it. I could conform it different ways to accommodate my position. Would definitely recommend!

It's pretty comfortable except it's a little small in the front. The velcro is uncomfortable on the skin unless you can pull it really tight to not have any velcro exposed.

This neck pillow was very easy to attach to my backpack and to use in planes and trains. Being my first foam pillow and my only comparison is an old style one, I can only say this foam style is way better. It holds the neck well and is very supportive. The velcro has a cover strip for when storing so it doesn't damage the fabric. You do need to put some strength into rolling, but goes back into the included bag well. Did not use the ear plugs, but the eye mask was great, it does not allow light to come in.
