For the price I would expect better. The bottom cubby did not fit correctly and required a bit of modification with the dremel. The quality of the plastic felt cheep. overall. the final installation does look ok and mounted up nice and flush.

The product fits and works as it should (after I purchased additional hardware). The packaging was an OBVIOUS return. The mounting screws were missing and looks like Bigfoot chewed through the wrapper.

Were exactly the parts I needed. Fit was tight and needed a bit of trimming. Otherwise, install went well. Very happy. I have always had to trim stereo brackets to get them to fit properly.

Used this to put a VX7020 into a 1992 Corvette that originally had the Bose option. The Bose unit had been replaced with a single DIN height 2000 vintage Kenwood radio. The VX7020 is a wonderful upgrade, filling the original 2-DIN height dash area. The Metra mount fit was good and the manual was good too. But the VX7020 was a bit of an issue to get in the Corvette's compartment bay. Search YouTube if you want more on that issue. No issues with the Metra product though, other than not coming with mounting screws. Be sure to get those separately (as well as wiring harness, etc, etc...).

Does exactly what they promise to do. A bit disappointing that they are plastic. I didn't notice that. Good fit, good instructions.

The parts are a bit of a challenge to put together (angle of attachment, etc.) and the screws that attach to the radio are hard to keep tight (this is more due to thin metal on the radio housing where the screw holes are.) Once in, the unit looks good and is staying in place. Far better than trying to build something yourself.
