I had a problem with baked potatoes being stiff and hard on the bottom and tried various ways of addressing this that didn't work. This holder proved to be just the answer! I use it for one potato at a time, and it works great!

The handle won't stay in place and the tray is very cheaply made. If your wanting something just to set your potatoes on after you set the tray in microwave it works fine. Just not very sturdy setting 4 potatoes on then moving to the microwave. They fall off
