Its a complete disconnect box. Box arrived in a soft sided envelope a bit beat but it wasn't bent or anything.

Not that complex of a part and installed many prior in the past This one the terminal block lugs would not secure the wire to.it. The threads in some of the blocks was not done correctly..I had to re-tap some to the correct size. Sad.

I ordered this from Amazon. Almost everything I order has a lot of padding. Not this time. I contacted the company via Amazon. Today is day 3, and I still have no reply. Definitely disappointed.The upside is that the materials seem to be good quality. I'm not certain how the plastic cracked. If I get a response from the company, I might actually buy something else from them.
