Had to send it back, it had a European plug on it so I was unable to use it. If it states that anywhere in the description, I missed it.

This two-piece model allows the mug to separate from the base with the electronics for proper washing.This is important because after you heat milk in a container, you will need to wash out the container with soap to remove the residue. A good rinsing is required or your next cup of milk will have a soapy taste. It is hard to rinse out the one-piece models without getting the electronics wet. This happened to my previous model. After 6 months it stopped working because of corrosion in the electronics, which were part of the mug.Because the Mug separates from the base with the heating element, the heat has to transfer across this interface. The full area of the bottom of the Mug and the top of the base is a thick metal for good heat transfer. The base also has a top thermistor that presses against the bottom of the mug to get a correct temperature of the mug. Removing the mug activates a microswitch attached to the thermistor, putting the base into an error state.A magnetic coupling connects the blender or stirring stick to the motor in the base, preventing leaks from a motor shaft, unlike one-piece models. This didn't happen in my previous one-piece model, as it didn't last long enough.The only downside I've encountered is you need to observe the minimal fill level or the blender will ride up and decouple from the motor.

Love this milk frother! It is easy to use and very easy to clean. It holds a lot more milk than I expected and I love that the main receptacle is dishwasher safe. I would definitely order it again.

Der RAFOW Milchaufschäumer 5 in 1 kommt mit einem wirklich schönen Design daher, fast schade, dass er bei mir nach der Benutzung nicht mehr zu sehen ist. Aber er soll bei mir kein Dekoelement sein, sondern Milchschaum liefern - und das macht er wirklich super.Er ist gefertigt aus Edelstahl und ABS Kunststoff (das ist das Material aus dem Legosteine gefertigt werden) und innen mit einer Antihaftbeschichtung versehen. Bei der Reinigung rät der Hersteller zu einem weichen Tuch und einem milden Spülmittel. Auffallend ist der angenehm leise Betrieb.Das Ergebnis ist überzeugend. Obwohl RAFOW zu einer 3,5 %igen Milch rät, geling der Milchschaum auch mit 1.5% Fett schon sehr gut (ich benutze haltbare Milch, 1,5%). Der Schaum ist enorm fest und sehr schön feinporig. So gelingt der Latte Macchiato auch zu Hause spielend. Ich kann das Gerät nur empfehlen!

Amante de los capuchinos y de los cafés con muuuucha espuma? Este es tu nuevo mejor amigo. Hace una espuma densa. Pero muy densa. De las que se mastica. También tiene otra opción en la que sale más aireada, pero a mi me encanta muy densa y nunca pensé que conseguiría esa textura con un aparato de casa.Además hace poquísimo ruido, es una gozada, y se desmonta por completo para poder limpiarlo perfectamente.Lo recomiendo muchísimo, yo estoy totalmente enamorada

Wow! This thing is AMAZING! My husband and I have been looking for a good milk frother/steamer, but hadn't seen one we were crazy about. We thought we would give this one a whirl and it did not disappoint.It couldn't be simpler to use and is so quiet. I was worried it would make my baby cry when we first turned it on, but it was actually so quiet that I don't even know if she noticed.It works quickly, too, and can make the thickest, creamiest milk froth. It's really cool to watch it being made since the lid is clear.It was also packaged really nicely and the company seems to actually take pride in its products.Its just a fantastic product in every way and ticks all the boxes. We're thrilled with it and would absolutely recommend!
