Had an issue to begin with, which turns out was my fault although it wasn't picked up straight away. To be fair, the customer service was second to none, sent me a replacement immediately and the issue has been resolved. The device is great for the money, I've got a ruroc helmet and paid the extra for the headset and this is just as good. The volume is not as loud but then again it's plenty loud enough to be heard at 70MPH so it's good enough. The lights are a great addition as this helps the helmet to be seen more when it flashes. The call function is also great and works very well. Someone commented about it reading out the number when you get a call but it's £30 so what do you expect. Great value for money, great charge, good volume and excellent customer service.

Dont think twice, i got another one of these for a little more, and this one beats it out! I like that i can still hear what happening around me, but i can still hear what going on in my helmet clearly. When my husband calls me i can hear him super clearly. The mic and the options depending on what fits is quality. Crisp, clear. Have yet to have any problems with the bluetooth, sound from my phone is solid. And its super easy to connect headsets if you dont want to use your phone for 2 way and that was what sold me. Love these coms!

I installed these on 2 helmets. Intercom does it's job and sound is really good. Bluetooth is easy to set up and intercom set up is easy. You can't use Bluetooth and intercom together. Not a problem for me as I use intercom when my son is with me and Bluetooth when I'm solo. Great price and great product.

Look nice easy to install to helmet however once you crank your motorcycle even at idle all chances of talking to someone goes away whether conference call or 2 way intercom . Bought to use for long road trip absolutely useless...could not even hear music on them. Do not recommend buying unless you have electric bike and max speed of 20mph

Son los primeros que tengo y lo que voy a explicar no sé si le pasa a mucha gente, oh!, Es que funciona así. Los monte, los conecte, todo perfecto! Conexión a la primera. Un 10 por eso. Nos pusimos los cascos y los probamos en casa, cada uno en una habitación. Se escucha muy bien. Un 9 por el sonido. Nos vamos a la calle con la moto, salimos y se escucha bien, pero cuando llega la moto entre 80Km/h para delante.. ahí pieza lo malo, no nos escuchamos, pierde la señal y nos escuchamos como si estuviéramos a 1km cada uno.. un 5, decepción! . Me puse en contacto con Moman, le expliqué todo, me hicieron enviarle un vídeo con la explicación, todo fue muy bien, muy atentos, contestando rápido. Me dieron una solución y me enviaron unos nuevos. Hoy me han llegado, todo muy bien. Ahora a falta de probar los nuevos haber que tal.! Un Gracias a Moman por ser tan atentos y profesionales!.

Only issue is the maximum volume isn't that loud but honestly you shouldn't be able to get that loud to hear the rest of the world around you. Definitely plenty loud. Works great in an ILM fully modular helmet. Sound quality is amazing and mic quality is crystal clear even when riding you can hear the music or person as long as your helmet is closed and even if it's not the wind reduction on the mic is fantastic. Great purchase. You would need to spend $200+ for similar quality for sure. Build quality solid came with everything I needed.
