For $12.99 (at the time of this review) I am really not sure if it is overpriced, or just right. But I WILL say that I do like the wooden handles. The softness of the bristles are par with what I would assume would be makeup grade softness. They both very effectively clean hair and dust off records and the needle with little effort. I would say this is a necessary addition to any person's record player collection.

I'm always trying to find a good record cleaning brush that cleans my vinyl well and is safe to use. This product fits those needs perfectly. The vinyl brush itself is very soft and there are no worries about scratching any of my records. The brush face is large and covers a good deal of service area which is nice. The stylus cleaner is actually much better than I was anticipating. I normally use one with a cleaning spray but this one has the same soft bristles as the brush and perfect for a quick clean. Highly recommended.

This is super soft and does a really good job of dusting off the records and the needle before playing the record. This kind of surprised me because it doesn't look as soft as it is. If you're hesitant, don't be it's affordable and useful if you're a record audiophile.

This brush set consists of two pieces, a record brush and a stylus brush. Both brushes have wooden handles and soft bristles. The record brush looks and feels like a shaving brush and the stylus brush uses the same bristles, though cut much shorter.The box doesn’t actually give much information about the brushes at all or what they are made of. In practice, both brushes work reasonably well. The large brush picks up dust well enough. It’s best to have the table spinning and work from the inside out when cleaning the record.The stylus brush is gentle enough that it can brush the stylus without damaging it or the cantilever, though I’d suggest only brushing from the inside of the tone arm outward to avoid damage. The large wood handle makes it easier to use than some of the tiny brushes I’ve used in the past.I can’t say just how good the “static prevention” aspect of the record brush is. The listing claims it helps with static. I haven’t seen static get worse with this brush, so maybe it does.Bottom line: Not a bad set, though I’m dubious about the static prevention claims.

I prize my vinyl collection and keeping the records clean is very important, when I needed to replace my brush I took a chance with this product and I'm very pleased. I don't need to replace brushes very often so I can be very picky and this brush for the price it's better than I was expecting!

MOPIANO Vinyl Record Cleaner Kit includes a brush for vinyl records and a smaller turntable stylus brush. Each has an attractive wood handle that is light and easy to grasp. The record brush has a ball of bristles that will not scratch my records; the soft bristles maintain their design, even when gently applied to the record surface. My record cleaning liquid sprays onto the ball of bristles, when desired to help remove dust particles as the record spins on the platter (with the tone arm raised, of course). Any collected dust is easily removed by shaking or gently rubbing across the bristles. The stylus brush has an arm that’s thin and long enough to readily access the stylus. This brush is “rougher” than the other brush, but it’s soft enough to safely clean my (rather) expensive Shure V15 type 3 stylus on my classic Dual 721 turntable. These brushes should be helpful for other sensitive, dust-related applications, too. This product looks classier than most others and, it’s quite competitively priced.

This was exactly what I needed. I love my records but my partner is notoriously bad for leaving them in the player and not putting them back. The issue with records is that is what causes the scratchy noise when you play them is dust. This is more than worth the money for me. It is well made, the hairs don't fall out and it gets the job done.
