Worked great and looked great the first year. It was stored inside during the winter months in the box and when taken out to the camper after wintering it was an oil like substance in the gauge. Over the course of the second summer it has gotten a little cleaner. Didn't seem to affect the use of the gauge. Still happy with it but looks different.

Must have in the RV as you can experience high pressures and damage your plumbing. This can adjust the pressure nicely.

I like the fact you can find tune it to a desired psi. Sometimes I may need more pressure than others and I can do that with this. Very well built and easy to adjust.

The regulator works fine and adjusts pressure fine but the black adjusting cap leaks where it screws into the body. I've taken it apart to see if I could fix it but there is no o-ring or even a gasket under it so no wonder it leaks. I will have to try and make some kind of gasket to seal this with and if I can fix that then the unit should be good to go. Can't understand why a manufacturer would make a brass bodied valve with no gasket to seal the internal parts. Otherwise, the regulator performs as it should.Update: I had no choice but to downgrade my rating to one star. This thing leaks so bad despite everything I could think of to fix it. I finally had enough of it and threw it in the trash. No way could I have water spraying out of this thing at a campsite! So disappointed.

This regulator is accurate. They even include a small screwdriver to adjust the pressure, instead of having to go find one. I put a tee before the regulator and guage on the other outlet of the tee so I can also see the incoming pressure.

I used this on a recent 3 month vacation, and it kept the pressure at a consistent level throughout the time it was in use. Well made, and stood up to very hot temperatures with no issues.
