Very simple and minimal, a great budget option for a monitor that's staying in one place, but is taking up too much desk space. The bottom clamp plate being ovular and not circular also helps with grip on desks with smaller bars along the edges.

It’s built well and functions as supposed toI’m used to the adjustable arms so this being static doesn’t help me much but it’s a great mount.Hold the monitor weight well and it’s not bulkyIt adjusts straight up and downThey also provide more than one way to mount in case you have a different desk top

I got this mount for it's simplistic design. The instructions are very clear and installation was a breeze. Every piece including the screws and tools were labeled with letters to make it easy to follow with the included manual.Mounting was simple as well. I think took me 5 minutes tops. Included M4x10 and M6x10 sized VESA mounting screws... though M6 screws are typically used to mount TVs which would be too heavy for this mount (and also require 200x100 mounting pattern) so I think that could introduce some confusion for someone unfamiliar with installation. As expected with a simple mounting system it's simple to use. Minor turn and swivel is easily done without untightening any screws. Angle and the clamp onto the pole are friction mounted so those I don't advise constant adjustment.

I bought this to mount a 45" ultrawide. The include base was huge and awkwardly took up a lot of table space. I wasn't looking for anything facing. I needed a simple pole mount and this one fit my needs. The mount came well packaged and all the required hardware are individually marked and sealed making them easy to find when following the install instructions. I made the mistake of not checking my desk first and assumed that I had clearance to install the desk clamp. Unfortunately, my desk had a support bar at the back that made the clamp option not feasible. Fortunately, I realized that this mount had an alternate install option to drill through the table. While this isn't preferable, it did work for me since my desk was old and I didn't care that it would have a permanent hole in it. Adjusting the monitor is easy. Vertical adjustment should be done by not fully tightening the clamping screw. Don't worry, the monitor won't fall since it is a friction fit. Adjust to your desired height and tighten the clamp screw. Or you can leave the screw slightly to allow for future vertical adjustments. Horizontal and tilt adjustments can be done easily. The included cable guide also includes holes to keep the adjustment wrenches neatly stored.

"This review is for Mount-It! Single Monitor Desk Mount – Computer Screen Stand with Full Motion Adjustability – VESA Monitor Bracket Up to 32" 19.8 lbs – 360° Rotation, 160° Swivel, 40° Tilt – Clamp & Grommet Base (Black)When getting my home office set up, I have several screens I want to use, which takes up a ton of desk space. Having monitor mounts helps to free up space and get me the right angles I want on my mounts. It goes up quick and easy, includes the part to hook up the monitor to the pole. Overall a bit disappointed in this. First off, the big bright logo on the base was very off-putting, the base is also 3 pieces, so extra assembly vs other models. It is a pretty wide base, so should help with any wobble, but if that's your concern there's much better models out there like the Ergotron (and sadly former Amazon Basics model) with better clamping bases and better support poles. The attachment to the monitor is fine enough, but do measure before buying. It says it supports up to 32" which is technically true, but you'll likely end up at a shorter height than the monitor stand it came with.

I feel this is a good choice for adding extra room on your desk! I picked this up to add a 3rd monitor to my desk, I already have a Desk Mount with 2 * 27" monitors, and I added a 3rd smaller and older 22" to the side.Considering this will only hold 1 monitor, it's more than adequate. Just don't exceed their recommendations, on weight and size. The Desk Mount I have to hold 2 monitors was a lot more expensive and and heavy duty, they have the same OD, but the ID is bigger, because the thickness of the pipe isn't as heavy duty. the pipe with this Desk Mount is 1mm thick, while the heavy duty Desk Mount is 2.4mm thick. This is why I do not recommend putting a heavy monitor on it! But few people put much consideration into details like this. The plates to hold this to your desk are as thick as the heavy duty Mount. bothe the clip on, and gromit plates are great quality! The monitor this is holding is an 18 year old Samsung SyncMaster 226BW 22", I mention the age since monitors were a lot heavier back then, this monitor almost hits the max weight of 19.8 Lbs coming in at 17 Lbs.I highly recommend this Single Monitor Desk Mount!
