Installed over a year ago and still working great. Install took about 45 minutes but overall wasn’t to complicated for a beginner on a scale of 1-10 on how hard it was to do I’d give it a 6

The first unit I received wouldn't program to the car. Tech support responded to my emails promptly with patient, helpful troubleshooting recommendations. Upon determining I got a bad unit, they made the return process easy. The replacement unit arrived lightning quick and worked perfect. Very happy with the overall transaction and highly recommend this product and seller!

I ordered this for my mother in Law for a Christmas gift. It arrived 2 weeks before Christmas and I was able to get it setup in 30 minutes the weekend before Christmas. This was a surprise install so I only had small windows of time to get it installed without her knowing. After installing it was apparent I had received the wrong harness from the seller so it would not sync with the vehicle. I contacted the seller and they sent the correct harness, I was able to install it and get the evo all setup within an hour total. It was not when I had planned but still done in early January just in time for cold weather. I had a few questions after setup and the seller responded in a few days. It says they had extended holdisy hours in the pamphlet that came with the product but this was not the case the week of Christmas. Overall the product works great and mother in Law loves it. The seller did resolve issues I had so can not complain. I'd recommend to anyone.

I was al little hesitant to tackle this install, but once I started things went smoothly. Got it to work on the first try.Tech support is horrible. Left a couple of phone messages, but never got a responce.It took longer to remove all the vehicle parts then it did to complete the install.
