Great value for the number of colors you receive. 25 jars that are .7 oz each. Some colors are close in shade but not identical. I can't wait to make some resin jewelry with all the fun colors. Works great to add shimmer to my air dry clay projects as well.I found the kit names winter, spring, summer, autumn a bit daunting because it difficult to really tell the difference without some effort. I got the spring set but it comes with colors suitable for all seasons.

This a great assortment of mica powder colors that shimmer and shine beautifully. I received the “Winter” color collection and absolutely love it. The jars are just the right size and with screw on tops, they won’t make a mess. It’s a great value for a great product.

I have recently started resin projects and wanted a wider color palette. While I ordered winter, I was sent spring. But it is ok and turned out. The mix-up is why I lowered the stars. The powder is nice and thin. It mixes well with resin. My project turned out beautifully. So I decided to take it a step further, I mixed it with acrylics for my nails. The colors gave my nails a vibrant look which I love. The jars come nicely packaged and sealed well.Good quality product with multiple uses. I can't wait to include these in other crafting projects.

If you're working with resin, soap, or cosmetics and want that extra pop of color and shimmer, this set of mica powders is a solid choice. With 25 shades in 20g jars, there’s more than enough here to support a variety of creative projects without running out after a couple of uses. The powders are vibrant, ultra-fine, and shimmer beautifully when mixed into epoxy, melt-and-pour soap, wax, or other mediums. The set I received (labeled “Spring”) includes a good mix of blues, greens, reds, golds, and purples, and the shimmer translates well across applications. Whether you're aiming for a metallic swirl in a soap loaf or depth and dimension in a resin pour, these powders hold up well. The jars come with resealable inner liners (not the throwaway foil kind), which helps keep the mess to a minimum—a welcome detail for anyone who's ever knocked over a container of pigment mid-project.My Rubric✅ Good = Qualifies as a selling point➖ So-So = Not great, but also nothing resembling a showstopper❌ Not Good = Could be a showstopperMy star ratings, which tend to skew upward due to limitations in the 5-star system, are further elaborated in a decimalized scoring at the end of the review. Finally, although some items have been freely offered via the Vine system, I refuse to sell out and will never allow a vendor to influence my scoring through any means other than the quality of the product, both on its own and in relation to the current pricing at the time of my review. I value the efforts of other honest reviewers and wish nothing more than to pay their efforts forward in hopes of faithfully guiding others to informed decisions. The Good✅ Bold, well-pigmented color with fine shimmer—great for soap, resin, candles, and cosmetics✅ Generous 20g jars—plenty of product to work with for medium-to-large batch crafting✅ Resealable plastic liners and foam-sealed lids help prevent spills and keep the jars tidy✅ Cosmetic-grade, safe ingredients—no heavy metals, irritants, or allergens✅ Excellent value for the size and range of colorsThe So-So➖ Vague set naming—seasonal labels like “Spring” or “Autumn” don’t clearly communicate the included colors➖ Some overlap in colors between different seasonal setsThe Not-Good❌ None observed—quality and performance were both very consistent across applicationsThe DetailsIn resin, a small pinch of pigment delivers a strong effect—ideal for geode coasters, river tables, or jewelry. When used in melt-and-pour soap, the shimmer holds well through the pour and gives a luxe look without bleeding or fading. The powder blends easily into bath bombs, though you may want to combine it with polysorbate 80 or a similar dispersant to reduce tub residue. These would also be at home in lip gloss, body butter, or even as an accent pigment for nail polish and shadow.I also appreciated how little was needed to get an effect—it speaks to the concentration and fineness of the powder. The storage jars make this an easy set to organize, stack, and reuse over time, which is particularly handy if you tend to accumulate colorants like a magpie.Final Rating: 4.8/5(Great quality, generous size, and standout shimmer—only let down slightly by ambiguous set labeling.)

I am pleased with what I received. These are good sized jars of beautifully colored powder! Each jar has an internal plastic seal which can be placed back on the jar (as opposed to a foil topper which is discarded after being removed) this is a surprising and thoughtful element which helps avoid spillage. Even if you lose one of those liners there is a foam disk inside the lid to help seal them tightly.I will say that the names of the color selections "spring," "summer," "winter," "autumn" is a little bit odd and not super helpful in deciding which set is best. I have "spring" and selected it by counting the number of green, blue, and pink/red options that were included. I looked closely before selecting one and there is are a lot of overlapping colors in the sets. I am happy with the color selection I received and think the colors as I see them on my monitor are very accurate depictions of what I received. Before photographing them I aligned the jars I received in a sort of rainbow order to help anyone looking at reviews to see what colors are included in the "spring" set.The colors are vivid and fun. Some seem to have more luster to them while others are more vivid, but all are frosty metallic beautifulness that I cannot wait to use! You can see in my photo that the two greens and two blues in the back right corner are similar to one another, but they are not identical. The two black jars are also similar in the photo, but one is a sparkly black while the other is black with a silvery flash. They are all beautiful!

I love working with resin and decided to try some mica powder to start adding color to my projects. I’ve used other powders in the past that didn’t mix well and left blobs and specs of color. However, this mica powder blended perfectly into the resin, creating a smooth, uniform color. The color spreads beautifully—I only needed a tiny scoop for one cup of resin, and it produced a bright, vivid red hue. Plus, it didn’t affect the resin’s cure time at all, which is a huge bonus.Overall, this mica powder is fantastic. It mixes easily, is highly pigmented, and goes a long way, making it a great value. With 25 colors included, you can even mix shades to expand your color palette even further!
