I am so impressed with the Muller tools I have gifted myself.I am new to hand-working logs and I am really happy I spent the extra cash to get a quality product.This froe is old school, sturdy, very sharp out of the box and not too heavy.The sharp edge comes covered with a reusable silicone guard.Good tools remind me to slow down and enjoy the moment.Highly recommend Muller!

Good tool BUT the handle could have been better sanded and finished.And there were some blue paint on the handle...Who sands against the grain?For the price, you'd think they would pay attention to these details.
