1.If you don't get the right video/audio, please make sure to use the "auto-copy" button on the R/M, and for analog inputs, turn off the display unit and then turn it back on should fix no video problem.
2.Please change the audio setting to Stereo in your Apple TV in order to have sound output. Only for Apple TV.

Why does it can not work?
1) it do not compatibility with sony and blackmagic device ,so if your device is this two device ,please do not use it for sony and blackmagic device
2) Our device has 8 input channel ( 2×YPBPR,2×AV,1×VGA and 3×HDMI signals), Please switch to the right channel .The product has the swicth button and the signal light to tell you the right channel.
3) Please connect the power adapter，Check the power adpater wether bad . if the power adapter bad ,please use the dc usb cable connect the dvd(usb port....)
4) If you don't get the right video/audio, please make sure to use the "auto-copy" button on the R/M, and for analog inputs, turn off the display unit and then turn it back on should fix no video problem.
5) This is the 8 input ,1 output . so it is use for 1 HDMI display and 8 signal source (ypbpr dvd.......).It cannot be used in reverse.Do not buy wrong
How to use it ?
1)Connect the HDMI/YPbPr/AV/VGA input Sources (such as HD-DVD,PS3,STBetc) into HDMI 8x1Switcherer.
2)Connect the HDMI outputs(such as HD-LCD,HD-DLP)with HDMI 8x1 Switcherer.
3）Open the input source you want to show.
4)Plug in the power supply adapter, turn on the display.
5)Press the button to choose,input source.

Do not buy this. This does not work. The hdmis do not work at all. Have gone through three returns and none of it works. I repeat do not be fooled into thinking this is an actual converter. It does not work for any hdmi.

I should of read the reviews. Had 2 in 3 days. Neither of them worked. This should be taken down to save people time and money. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING THIS!!

I have a handful of old gaming systems I wanted to be able to switch between. Multiple rca/hdmi switches, even a spdif plug. Unit worked great until it just quit. Too bad because it seemed sturdy. Lasted about two years

it works but not great' the input button select on the device doesnt work, have to use the controller, and im just needing a convertor for the original xbox and this doesnt do it well at all, just like all other convertors i have tried on amazon the video quality is horrible for the OG xbox and video cuts in and out on it. I know theres nothing wrong with the xbox i have because i can hook it up to an older tv that already has the connections built in and works perfectly with a much better picture.

This switch is perfect for my son. Allows all his gaming systems, old and new, to be connected to the TV with one easy connection.

It takes a while to bring up a picture so you never know if it's and issue with the box or if you have the wrong input selected. The input selection button works about half the time. You can get it to work. But you have to monkey with it every time.

TL;DR: Remote/Switch work great except YPbPr video. Great for every other input.I have a lot of classic and new game consoles. My setup is... messy. Before this, I was running an S-Video Switch, HDMI Switch, Composite Switch, HDMI Upscaler, and Composite Upscaler. Even pulling out of that out, did not resolve the issue with this device.Both of the YPbPr produce no video, regardless of console, cable, TV settings, or in-console settings. I was able to verify the cables and consoles were working without the 8:1 switch. The description of the switch states "1.If you don't get the right video/audio, please make sure to use the "auto-copy" button on the remote, and for analog inputs, turn off the display unit and then turn it back on should fix no video problem." There is no "Auto-copy" on the remote, and cycling the power does nothing. The specific test consoles were a PS2(with Sony-branded Component cables) and a WiiU(Nintendo-branded Component cables). [Side note: Did also try with the Wii, no luck.All 3 HDMI inputs, IR extender(for the remote), both Composite input, Coax input, and VGA all work. I don't have Digital Audio, so no comment. Only the video of the YPbPr inputs show no video. I was able to get video in black and white with a composite input on the Y of the Component inputs, but that was it. I did notice the On-screen display notated 1080p50hz. All of my stuff is NTSC-60hz. Perhaps the device was incorrectly assembled during the YPbPr section? Seems to be a common point in the reviews.Edit/Update: Purchased some alternative unbranded Component cables for the Wii, got video to work. Both Component inputs seem to work with that specific cable. Weird.

I purchased this for a project to transfer old movie film to a flash drive. Worked great. Retaining quality film from the past is very valuable as we are maintaining our family history for the future!!
